The customer must carefully inspect the product as soon as it is delivered to the customer and notify the store as soon as the customer discovers any problems with the product, such as damage or delivery of other products.


If the product delivered is different from the product ordered by the customer, or if the product is defective, or if the customer does not like the product, the customer may return the product under the following conditions by calling or emailing the store within 30 days of receiving the product and explaining the reason for the return.The mailing address will be provided by mail.

If the customer wishes to return the product because the product is defective, is not a product ordered by the customer, or is spoiled or damaged, or has any problems, can be attributed to the store, the store will bear the original shipping costs and/or any return shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons such as the customer's dislike of the product, the customer shall be liable for the original shipping, return shipping, and any bank/wire transfer charges associated with the refund of the purchase price.

In some cases, you may need to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.

For returned items, a full refund will be given for defective products.For non-defective items, such as products that the customer does not like, please refer to the above treatment.


However, the product can only be exchanged for the same product, not for any product that is different from the product ordered.The returned items must be original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

All returns must be packed correctly to be accepted.  

 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer may not exchange the product in following circumstances:

a. When the product tags, price tags, labels, etc. have been removed from the product.  

 b. When the product has been used, damaged, damaged or changed by the customer, or if the product packaging has been opened or the product packaging has been damaged.
